Membership Terms

Provisional terms for pilot membership plans.

Credits

Plans include a set number of one-hour credits. In the pilot, unused monthly credits expire at the end of each month. This rule is configurable and may change before launch.

Renewal

Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew yearly with credits released monthly. There is no unlimited plan.

Pricing

All prices are pilot rates and may change before opening. Founder pricing is subject to availability.

Cancellation

Provisional policy: cancel before the next renewal to avoid the following period's charge once real billing is active.
